DAY 1: EN ROUTE – Depart U.S.A. via overnight jet flight to Athens, Greece. Dinner and breakfast served on board (D)

DAY 2: ATHENS – Arrival at the Athens airport, where you will be met by Pharos personnel and assist ed through customs and baggage claims formalities and escorted to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. (B)

DAY 3: ATHENS – After breakfast at the hotel, depart on a morning Athens city tour, which will introduce you to the most important cultural sites of this glorious city, such as the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Constitution Square-Syntagma, the Presidential Palace, the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Olympic Games revived in modern era, Andrian’s Arch and the Temple of Zeus, the Acropolis, where you visit the Parthenon and the museum, Theseum and the Greek Orthodox Cathedral – Metropolis – the Monastiraki flea market, the Academy, the University and the National Library. Overnight in Athens. (B)

DAY 4: ATHENS – NAFPLION – Today, after breakfast you depart for the four day classical tour of the Greek mainland. Drive by the Saronic Gulf, on to Corinth canal and then on to MYCENAE, to see the Gate of the Lions and the Tomb of King Agamemnon Then on to NAFPLION, the original Greek capital. In the afternoon, visit EPIDAURUS and its famous Theatre. Dinner and overnight in Nofplion. (B,D)

DAY 5: NAFPLION – OLYMPIA – Drive “ through the Central Peloponnese, passing the cities of MEGALOPOLIS and TRIPOLIS. At arrival in Olympia, visit the Stadium, where the first Olympics took p~ace, the Temp~e of Zeus and see the greatest sculpture of oh times, “HERMES”, by Praxitelis. Dinner and overnight in Olympia. DAY 6: OLYMPIA – DELPHI – Driving through the plains of ha and Achaiia on to PATRAS, pass RION-ANTIRION canal by ferry, drive through picturesque NAFPAKTOS arrive in DELPHI, where you visit the Castalian Springs and the Sanctuary of Athenae Pronea. Dinner and overnight in Delphi (L D)

DAY 7: DELPHI – ATHENS – In the morning, visit the museum and have ample time to stroll through the cobble-stoned streets of the village Drive back to Athens for overnight. (B)

DAY 8: ATHENS – MYKONOS – Today, you will be transferred to the port to embark your cruise ship and sail over to the island of Mykonos Upon arrival, met and transferred to the hotel of your choice. )B,L)

DAY 9: MYKONOS – Free day to enjoy the brilliant sun and the crystal clear waters of the Aegean (B)

DAY 12: CRUISING – KUSADASI – PAT MOS – Morning arrival in KLJSADASI, Turkey. Excellent shopping values at the Bazaar or r take the optional tour to visit EPHESUS. Sail  on to the Greek island of PATMOS, where St. John received the Revelation and wrote the Last Book of the New Testament. (B,L,D)

DAY 13: CRUISING – RHODES – Full day on the island of the Knights and the site of Colossus of Rhodes Visit the old town surrounded by the impressive walls of the Castle of the Knights, or take an optional tour to the Acropolis of Lindos. (B,L,D)

DAY 14: CRUISING – CRETE – SANTORINI – Today, in the morning, visit the charming city of HERAKLIGN in Crete and take an optional tour to the Knossos Palace to explore the Minoan Civilization. In the afternoon, you visit the famous island of SANTORINI, land of the legendary sunken Atlantis. (BED)

DAY 15: ATHENS – DEPARTURE – Morning arrival at Piraeus port, disembarkation and transfer to the airport for the return flight to New York. (Extensions available. Sequence of cruise itinerary may change according to the cruise line involved) (B, L, S)
